Membership
Membership Fee: The $25 monthly fee is non-refundable and non-consumable. It is a fixed charge for membership privileges.
Membership Duration: The membership is on a month-to-month basis. Either party reserves the right to cancel the membership at any time due to extenuating circumstances such as relocation, illness, or financial constraints. This cancellation requires written notice to the other party or through direct contact, Letter or Email info@barehandspa.com.
Personal Agreement: This Agreement is personal to the member. However, benefits can be shared among family members if the primary member is unable to attend their scheduled appointments. The membership benefits extend to immediate family members, including the spouse, children, and parents of the primary member. This Agreement is personal to the primary member. However, immediate family members can benefit from the membership if appointments are made under the primary member's name.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the credit card associated with the membership will be charged a predetermined fee as per our policy.
Appointment Requirement: The membership benefits can be shared among family members. However, to avail of the associated discounts, appointments must be scheduled under the primary member's name. For instance, if George holds the membership and his spouse intends to utilize the discounts, the appointment must be booked under George's name.
Membership Eligibility: Applicants for membership must be at least 18 years old.
Auto-Renewal: The membership can be set to auto-renew unless specified otherwise. By default, memberships will renew automatically each month using the payment method provided during enrollment.
Month-to-Month Renewal: Alternatively, members can opt for month-to-month renewal by contacting us directly through our customer service channels or via the website. Month-to-month renewal options allow flexibility in managing the membership.
Cancellation or Alteration of Renewal Method: Members have the option to modify their renewal preferences or cancel the auto-renewal feature at any time by providing written notice or through direct contact (Letter, Email, or Customer Service Call)
Automatic Payment Agreement
Payment Schedule: Monthly membership payments shall be automatically processed on the same date that the membership is initiated. For example, if a member signs up on December 10, subsequent monthly payments will be charged on the 10th of each following month.
Automatic Renewal: The designated credit or debit account provided by the member will be automatically charged on the specified renewal date for the subsequent month's membership fee.
Security of Payment Information: All payment information provided by the member will be securely stored by BAREHANDSPA LLC Credit Card Processor, utilizing the latest technology to maintain the confidentiality and security of personal financial data.
BAREHANDSPA LLC will communicate via Email, Phone, or personally if any change is required in your membership. Changes can include increase in Membership or any adjustment to the Membership.
Termination or Suspension of Membership
BAREHANDSPA LLC retains the right to cancel or suspend a member's membership at any time under the following circumstances:
a. The member engages in a material breach of this Agreement and/or violates the BAREHANDSPA Rules and Regulations.
b. Failure to settle any outstanding payments due to BAREHANDSPA LLC within 30 days from the scheduled payment date.
c. Submission of knowingly false information during the membership application process, and such falsification would reasonably impact BAREHANDSPA LLC's decision to grant membership.
d. In the event of termination by BAREHANDSPA LLC for any reason, the company reserves the right to withhold received funds to cover justifiable incurred expenses.
This provision enables BAREHANDSPA LLC to maintain the integrity of its membership program and protect its services from misuse or non-compliance.
Terms and Conditions
1. BAREHANDSPA LLC reserves the right to vary, add or eliminate any particular services and facilities provided from time to time.
2. BAREHANDSPA LLC reserves the right to set aside facilities for social events or activities.
3. BAREHANDSPA LLC reserves the right to close or modify facility hours with or without notice.
4. May not be combined with any other promotional offer or promotional gift cards.
